GENERAL
Various crash fixes.
Added localization for Chinese.
Added language selection to settings menu.
Closed Alpha data showed that Difficulty +2 had a bigger bump in failure rates than intended. Adjusted Difficulty +2 specifically to make it slightly less difficult (7,5% reduction in enemy difficulty). All other difficulties are unaffected by this change.
Addressed an issue with the "Hero Level" bar so that it now properly shows progression toward the next Hero Level.

ITEMIZATION
Relic Cooldowns are no longer affected by Cooldown Reduction.
Renamed Leg Items that incorrectly had wording related to “belts” in their names.
Updated Drop chances for all items. All items now have the same drop chance except Relics that have a slightly lower drop chance across all dungeons and adventures.
Added missing Relic Item to Drakehold Terrace drop list.
Fix for the Item Upgrade window that was causing players to not see all equipped items correctly.
Adjusted which item types provide set bonuses for all heroes, to allow for more combinations of multiple sets.
The "Draconic Devotion" buff from the Drakehold Terrace/Wyrmheart Chasm 5-Set proc was incorrectly applying its bonus to Intellect twice, and gave no bonus to Agility. This has been addressed.
Removed set bonus for Ardeos on "Mantle of the Living Flame" as he had 1 too many items on the drop list that provided set bonuses.
The 5-set Bonus from the "Demonbrand Ruins / Night Patrol" -set can no longer proc from non-hero ability activities (ie: Mounting, Clicking Campfires, etc).
SET BONUS ADJUSTMENTS
Drakehold Terrace/Wyrmheart Chasm set
+8% Max Health & 5% Crit Power (was +10% Max Health & +5% Crit Power)
+5% Critical Strike (was +8% Critical Strike)
+10% Chance on Crit to gain +12% Main Stat for 12 seconds (remains unchanged).
Demonbrand Ruins/Night Patrol Set
10% Movement Speed (remains unchanged).
+5% Haste (was +8% Haste).
8% Chance on Ability to gain +15% Cooldown Recovery for 12 seconds (remains unchanged).
Wraithtide Isles/Sailor's Abyss Set
+10% Magic Resist/+10% Damage vs Low Health Enemies/+10% Max Mana (was +15% Magic Resist/+15% Damage vs Low Health Enemies/+15% Max Mana)
+5% Expertise (was +8% Expertise)
+4% Main Stat & Heal 35% of Max Health when below 30% health, 90s Cooldown (was +5% Main Stat & Heal 35% of Max Health when below 30% health, 60s Cooldown)
Temple of Ur Set
+8% Cooldown Reduction & +15% Threat modifier (was +10% Cooldown Reduction & 15% Threat modifier)
+7% Spirit (was +8% Spirit)
+15% Damage Increase and +15% Damage Reduction while Heroism is active (remains unchanged)

A note on making gear choices more interesting in the future
We are planning to add a feature for "non-set items" that creates more interesting choices in regards to gear. This will not be available until a future version of the game.

CRAFTING RESOURCES & UPGRADE COSTS
All item type upgrades now initially cost only "Chips"-resource.
"Magicked Material" starts dropping at difficulty 6+ and is required for upgrading passed Item Level 105.
"Grain of Pure Magic" starts dropping at difficulty 10+ and is required for upgrading items past item level 150.
The cost for upgrading an item is affected by its type and how many stats they give (Chests are the most expensive, Cloaks are the cheapest, etc).
Increased the Item Level cap from 180 to 195. Both Item Level 180 & 195 can only be attained through upgrades (dungeon drops are still capped at 165).
Crafting Resource drop rates are exponentially increased with Dungeon difficulty now.
Prices have been adjusted to make upgrading generous in the early game, and getting increasingly costly at the high end.
These updates prevent +0 Difficulty farming for the best items in the game.

ENEMIES
Enemies that are spawned by bosses no longer give Kill Score.

Increased cast time on Demonic Lash to 2.0 seconds (was 1.5 seconds).
Prophet Ez’rath (Boss)
Fixed so that the rotating skulls of the "X" ability no longer display halfway into the ground.
Demonbrand Ruins & Night Patrol
Occultist
Bone Spike ability damage reduced by 15%.
Wither ability damage reduced by 15%.
Health reduced by 15%.
Night Patrol
Warlord Wogg
Name changed to Warlord Brogg.
"Lost Soul" (the soak mechanic) ability damage reduced by 30%.
Health reduced by 15%.
Wraithtide Isles
Soulpowder Buccaneer
Soulpowder Shot now triggers the explosion on 4 stacks (up from 3 stacks).
Soulpowder Shot cast time increased to 2.0 seconds (was 1.5 seconds).
Soulpowder Curse can no longer critically strike when it explodes.
Soulpowder Curse explosion radius reduced by 20%.
Soulpowder Curse explosion damage reduced by 50%.
Bael'Aurem (Boss)
Attack speed increased by 21%.
Auto-attack damage reduced by 12.5%.
"Death by a Thousand Cuts" (bleed ability) damage increased by 100%.
"Gilded Nova" ability damage increased by 130%.
Pirate Captain (Boss)
Spin Shoot ability's projectiles move speed increased dramatically to better show when players are hit and not.
Spin Shoot ability's debuff explosion now properly deals damage to heroes (previously had issues causing it to deal 0 damage).
Addressed an issue with the "Thwart the Mutany" -ability that caused it to not trigger when a dead player was in the arena, causing the captain to teleport to the ghosted team
Addressed an issue causing the same player to be sent back as a ghost every time during the fight. It was specifically trying to select the one that was sent back last time. It is now properly picking a random player each time, and will not send the same player back twice in a row.
Auto-attack damage was not properly registered. Should now deal the intended damage (results in an increase of damage).

ASCENSIONS & CURSES
Added a new slots system to the Ascensions & Curses feature.
Players now have a limit on the amount of Ascensions & Curses they can apply to a dungeon/adventure.
The number of slots available for Ascensions & Curses are determined by the difficulty of the dungeon/adventure. As an example, players now need to play a minimum of +12 difficulty to access 5-set bonuses on items.

3 Available slots at Difficulty 1-2
4 Available slots at Difficulty 3-5
5 Available slots at Difficulty 6-8
6 Available slots at Difficulty 9-11
7 Available slots at Difficulty 12+
Unlocking each of the available Ascensions & Curses has been adjusted to give players more freedom to experiment with combinations while progressing.

GROUP FINDER
The Group Finder now correctly shows applying player stats in the application window (Item Level, Hero Level, Dungeon Rating).
Added mouse-over tooltip to player portraits in the game that also displays Hero Level, Average Equipped Item Level, Hero Rank & Dungeon Rating.
Renamed all instances of "Hero Rank" in the game to "Hero Level". Hero Rank is now a term that indicates that player's leaderboard position within that hero.
Added Hero Rank to the Application Window of applying players.
Updated Group Finder windows to reflect the new Ascension & Curse slots system.

HEROES
All Heroes
Spirit Generation & Spirit loss on death.
Reduced the amount of Spirit % gained from each point of Spirit Rating for all Heroes.
Reduced the amount of Spirit generated from activities in combat by 67% across all Heroes.
All Heroes now passively generate a small amount of Spirit over time. This passive generation is also increased by increasing the Spirit stat on the Hero.
All Heroes now lose 50% of their current Spirit Ability resource on death (previously lost 100% on death).
Talent Unlocks
Talent progression updated. As before, all Heroes unlock their 1st talent row at Hero Level 3 - and now unlock Talent row 2 & 3 on Hero Level 4 & 5 respectively.
Rime
Rime’s Expertise mechanic has been updated. It now increases the damage of Anima Spike, Winter Blast & Winter Crash. (previously increased the chance to proc free Anima Spike casts).
The "Free Anima Spike" proc is now a static 50% chance when casting Winter Blast & Winter Crash only. (previously had a 15% chance to proc on all ability casts, scaled by Expertise).
Rime's baseline Expertise reduced to 0% (was 5%).
Rime's Winter Crash ability damage increased by 5%.
Sylvie
Sylvie's Expertise mechanic has been updated. It no longer increases the chance to conjure "Life Petals".
Sylvie's "Quick Mend" talent. Now only procs on heal ticks from Fluttercall: Heal (previously proceed on all flutterfly healing).
Sylvie's "Flower Power" talent now increases the cooldown by 15 seconds (was 20 seconds).
"Flower Power" is now a 3-point talent on the 3rd row.
"Woodland Empath" is now a 2-point talent on the 1st row
Vigor
Vigor's Expertise mechanic has been updated. In addition to increasing the healing of "Echoes of Light", it now also increases the absorb amount of "Prayer of Protection".
Vigor's Holy Orb resource maximum increased to 2400% of intellect (was 1200% intellect).
Vigor's Holy Orb generation from casting "Condemn" increased to 120% intellect (was 42% intellect).
Vigor's Prayer of Protection absorb amount increased to 1400% intellect (was 1200% intellect).
"Blessed Orator" talent had a bug that allowed the time extension on Word of Blessing to increase beyond the ability’s max duration (making it practically infinite when combined with Avatar of Faith spamming of Righteous Blast). Now caps at max duration.
Meiko
Found an issue causing Meiko’s Stone Shield ability to turn off all Meiko’s defences every other time the ability was used. This was the main culprit behind Meiko’s survivability issues in the Closed Alpha.
Meiko's "Spirited Vortex" VFX toned down visually, and increased in size to cause less clutter around her character.
Fixed an issue with Meiko's "Spirited Vortex" ability VFX not displaying in Dungeons/Adventures.
Increased Meiko's baseline health and "Stamina to Health" -scaling to somewhat alleviate the risk of sudden one-shots to spikey damage.
Ardeos
Ardeos’ "Inferno Bolt" ability no longer generates Embers on hit. Now generates Embers on cast. We are going to keep an eye on this one and how it affects the player's ability to optimise Ardeos’ rotation.
Ardeos’ “Fiery Omen” talent had an issue causing it to refresh to 2 stacks instead of 3, if players had any remaining stacks when casting Apocalypse. Now properly refreshes all 3 stacks in this context.

LEADERBOARDS
Updated Leaderboards functionality, information and sorting.
Now defaults to the "Hero Leaderboards" page.
Added a "All Heroes" filter as the default on the "Hero Leaderboards" page. This ranks players according to their "Dungeon Rating", which is derived from the average of the highest scores the player attained on each unique Dungeon/Adventure.
Players will now get the best rank by increasing their score on all dungeons & adventures.Removed "All Dungeons" from the Dungeon Leaderboard section. This needs redesign for the future.
The Leaderboard now shows all items for each player in that group (previously only showed 4 items in total).
Ascensions & Curses are now visible on the leaderboards for each run.
