GENERAL
As Fellowship only works while you are running the Steam client on your computer, the game will now check if Steam is running and message you if it is not.
The \"F1, F2, F3, F4\" keys on your keyboard should now correctly select allies in your party in the corresponding position in the party frame.

GROUP FINDER
We’ve heard and appreciate your feedback on the Group Finder feature. Today's patch includes a few fixes that hopefully will alleviate some of the issues you have been experiencing. There are some bigger fixes needed to address all the great feedback you have given which we unfortunately will not have time to get in for this Alpha Test.
Declining applications no longer generates duplicates in the application window.
When a player is declined a Group Application, there is no longer a pop-up confirm window. It is now messaged through the Chat instead (to avoid having to confirm each decline individually).
There is a new \"Auto-refresh\" check box in the Group Finder when you create a group that you can toggle \"off\".
There is also a new \"Refresh\" button for manually refreshing the Group Finder instead of automatically.
Additional fixes have been made so the Group Finder now shows the correct heroes of each group.
THREAT
Baseline threat generation for Tanks has been doubled.

HELENA
Baseline efficiency of Toughness has been increased by 33%.
Shield Slam target cap has been increased to 20 (was 5) and Shield Slam cleave range has been increased.

MEIKO
The amount of damage each stone from the Stone Shield ability can mitigate before being destroyed has been increased by 33%.
Lashing Stormkick target cap has been increased to 20 (was 5) and Lashing Stormkick cleave range has been increased.
Gust is now off the Global Cooldown.
Taunt is now off the Global Cooldown.
Stone Stomp target cap has been increased to 20 (was 5).

RIME
Winter Crash damage radius has been increased by 40%.
Frigid Torrent damage has been increased by 30%.
Frozen Shield is now off the Global Cooldown.

SYLVIE
Yellow Flutterfly duration has been increased to 16 seconds (was 8 seconds).

VIGOUR
Chastise mana cost reduced to 6 (was 18).
Righteous Blast mana cost reduced to 18 (was 28).
Word of Blessing healing increased by 40%.
Blessed Orator talent now increases duration of active Word of Blessings by up to 10 seconds (was 6 seconds) upon casting Righteous Blast.
Baseline spirit generation increased by 30%.
Condemn Holy Orb generation increased by 40%.
Avatar of Faith's duration has been increased to 9 seconds (was 6 seconds).
Avatar of Faith's initial heal upon activation increased by 256%.
The range of Vigour's abilities have been increased to be in line with Sylvie's ability range (almost doubled in some cases!).

ARDEOS
Engulfing Flames' damage increased by 15%.
Engulfing Flames' chance to generate Ember on tick increased to 20% (was 15%), and the amount of Ember generated has been increased by 42.5%.
Searing Blaze damage reduced by 10%.
Agonizing Blaze talent now increases damage dealt by 3% per stack (was 4%).
Flicker Step is now off the Global Cooldown.
Flame Shield is now off the Global Cooldown.

NIGHT PATROL
Warlord Wogg's Lost Soul ability now ticks every 2.0 seconds (was 1.5 seconds) and has a total duration of 8 seconds (was 9 seconds).
Warlord Wogg's Demonic Lash ability is now interruptable.
Warlord Wogg now summons 2 Occulists to aid in the battle (was 2 Man-catchers).

ASCENSIONS
The Ultimatum ascension now increases boss damage and health by 15% (was 20%).

CURSES
Bloodshard damage reduced by 30%.
Binding Ice damage reduced by 50%.
Binding Ice now occurs 20% less frequently.

ARMOR SET BONUSES
The Mirror Knight's/Sunspeaker's/Dunestalker's set - The 2-set bonus that increases/reduces Threat has been increased to 15% Threat (was 5%).
The Deathchaser's/Sinner's set - The 2-set bonus that increases Max Mana has been increased to 15% Max Mana (was 10%).
The Infernal/Blasphemer's/Bloodsworn set - The 5-set bonus that procs Cooldown Reduction has been reduced to 15% Cooldown Reduction (was 20%, tooltip incorrectly stated 30% before this patch).
